Authorize over OAuth2
Connect your Hostaway account from Settings › Integrations. Scopes: reservations, listings, calendar. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
Backfill the last 30 days
On first connect, Hostik imports the past month of reservations to populate your dashboard immediately — no waiting for the next checkout.
Webhooks take over
Created, updated, cancelled, checked-in, checked-out: each Hostaway webhook is HMAC-signature verified before it writes, then creates or adjusts the task.
Statuses flow back to Hostaway
The moment a room changes state in Hostik, the status is pushed back to Hostaway. One registry, shared between operations and commercial.
The minimum needed, nothing more.
Hostik reads only what it takes to create and route a turnover from Hostaway. No sensitive guest data, EU hosting, deletion on disconnect.
- Guest first name only — never passport or ID data.
- Guest profiles pseudonymized after 12 months of inactivity (GDPR).
- Stored in EU data centers; DSAR endpoints available.
- On disconnect, OAuth tokens are deleted and all data flow stops.
